Ignacio Ricci-Cabello

BSc, PhD, MSc

Postdoctoral researcher

I am a Health Services and Policy researcher, currently working in projects related to Quality and Safety in Primary Care, in which we apply both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Before joining the department at the end of 2011, I worked in the Biomedical Research Consortium of Epidemiology and Public Health and previously in the Regional Ministry of Health of Balearic Islands and in the Andalussian School of Public Health.

I finished my PhD in 2009, in which I analysed the impact of social inequalities on diabetes care. I have extensive experience in Systematic Reviews, but I have also led cross-sectional studies and Randomized Control Trials. I also have been working in different topics, like Human Nutrition or Health Impact Assessment.
