The Diet, Data and Interventions group is based within the Health Behaviours team at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences and our work contributes to the ‘Obesity, Diet and Lifestyle’ theme of the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre at Oxford. We also work closely with the Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems group and the WHO Collaborating Centre on Population-level Approaches for NCD Prevention at the Nuffield Department of Population Health.

We receive funding from research councils, health-related charities and the National Institute for Health and Care Research.

We are happy to work with the food industry, so that we can test food system interventions in real-life settings. However, we do not accept any research funding from the food industry.
