Project dates: January 2022 - July 2023

In collaboration with Newham Council and Kings College London, we are using a systems approach to co-produce an intervention to reduce the consumption of high fat, sugar, and salt foods in Newham, London. 

Phase 1

During phase one of the project, we are running group model building workshops with stakeholders in Newham's local food system and interviewing local food businesses.

We have completed the online workshops with residents. Thank you to everyone who took part or expressed interest.

Phase 2

In phase two, the findings from phase one will be used to develop a theory of change for an intervention in Newham, before developing the necessary resources.
