Lucy Morris

Postgraduate Marketing and Communications Manager

I hold responsibility for developing, managing and implementing marketing and comms strategies for programmes in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Science's portfolio. These include DPhils, MScs, PGDips, PGCerts and short courses in Evidence-Based Health Care and in Translational Health Sciences. I report to the Head of Communications and I work with a new twin Marketing and Communications Manager, academics, researchers, current and past students, and the other members of the Communications Team to promote our programmes and related research to prospective students, and wider audiences via campaigns on numerous channels. I also contribute to department-wide projects in development e.g. procuring a CRM system, developing alumni relations.

I joined the department in April 2023. Previously I worked in audience development at the Bodleian Libraries and Ashmolean Museum, and in programme marketing at London South Bank University, following ten years at Oxford Brookes University as Marketing Manager for the School of Arts and Humanities, for alumni relations and for international student recruitment across diverse global markets. Prior to that I was Head of Marketing, Press and Sales at the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith and have extensive marcomms experience in the not-for-profit sector.

I have an undergraduate degree in English Literature and History of Art, a PGDip in Teaching and an Arts Council diploma in marketing.
