Isabella studied medicine at the University of Oxford, and then completed Academic Foundation Training at Oxford University Hospitals. Pursuing a longstanding interest in health equity and evidence-based public health, she completed the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in 2020. She subsequently took up a research fellowship with the Program for Clinical Research and Technology at Stanford University, during which she worked on projects leveraging social media to deliver targeted public health messaging. She then returned to the UK to take up her current role as an Academic Clinical Fellow in primary care.
