Travel reimbursement

TRACE Delegates: Travel reimbursement will be available for all TRACE delegates for cost of their return journey to Oxford for the GRIN meeting. The maximum we are able to reimburse is £224.87 per delegate. We will be reimbursing based on the exchange rate at 11/05/16 which is 1.00 EUR = 0.789 GBP.

Standard Delegates: We have a small fund and therefore we are only able to reimburse delegates from low-, lower-middle, and upper-middle income economies, on a first come first served basis for the cost of their return journey to Oxford. Once the fund has been allocated, we will be unable to reimburse any further claims. The maximum we are able to reimburse is £224.87 per delegate. We will be reimbursing based on the exchange rate at 11/05/16 which is 1.00 EUR = 0.789 GBP. Please check if you qualify as from a low-, lower-middle, and upper-middle income economies by going to: http://data.worldbank.org/about/country-and-lending-groups.

In order to claim reimbursement you will need to complete a copy of our Expenses Form and post to us along with all original receipts. These can be posted too: Emma Butterfield, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, University of Oxford, Radcliffe Primary Care, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG.

If you wish to be considered for travel reimbursement, please contact emma.butterfield@phc.ox.ac.uk in the first instance with details of the cost of your travel. We are unable to reimburse subsistence (food and drink) expenses incurred during travel, only the cost of flights, train journeys and transfers – please use public transport where possible.

Please note: Due to limited funds, travel reimbursement for standard delegates will be made on a first come first served basis.
