Aim of the workshop:

We are soliciting papers for the Fourth Workshop on Migration, Health, and Well-Being. The workshop’s focus is broad, covering empirical economic research on these topics. The workshop will last two days, with a small number of hour-long research presentations. The workshop also aims to foster new connections among scholars with common interests in these areas. Jennifer Hunt (Rutgers University) and Hillel Rapoport (Paris School of Economics) will be the keynote speakers. The workshop is sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh Social Science Research Initiative on Migration and Health, and part of the “Role of European Mobility and its Impacts in Narratives, Debates and EU Reforms (REMINDER)” project funded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 programme.

There are no fees and participants will be provided with food for the two days. Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation expenses. If you are interested in presenting a paper at the meeting, please send a draft of your paper to oxfordmig@gmail.com by 13 January 2019. Decisions will be made by 27 January 2019.
