Patient and public involvement in healthcare approaches and techniques

This workshop is being organised by the NIHR Clinical Research Network Thames Valley and South Midlands, the NIHR Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care Oxford, and the Oxford Academic Health Science Network.  (CRN, CLAHRC & AHSN!)

Who is the workshop for?

People interested in learning about, developing or refreshing their skills in patient and public involvement in healthcare. 

The CLAHRC is funding 12 places on this workshop – 6 for staff and 6 for our volunteers.

Please note that this is a repeat of a workshop previously run so you should not apply if you attended before.

Included in the day:

Presentations and a choice of workshops on:

  • Increasing awareness using social media, 
  • achieving a shared goal or strategic, direction, 
  • deciding on priorities (to be confirmed),
  • identifying and reaching target audiences
