Ptexpchat how are the experiences and feedback of patients being used to drive improvement

Researchers in the Oxford Health Experience Institute are investigating how local providers and commissioners are making use of patient experience feedback. There is a great deal of excellent work undertaken at a local level that doesn’t always get shared, and that would be a huge benefit to other areas who want to do more with the information they have but perhaps don’t know where to start.

Join our first second tweetchat #PtExpChat hosted at @oxprimarycare to help spread ideas about utilising patient feedback in healthcare. We will be discussing:

  • Offering feedback
  • Staying informed
  • Getting involved in improvement

We encourage patients and healthcare providers to join us.

If you have any questions or comments then please let us know via @oxprimarycare or @oxfordHEXI
