Katrina, Professor of Primary Care Research and Head of the Centre for Academic Primary Care at the University of Bristol, is an expert in integrating qualitative studies within trials. Passionate about supporting women in academia, she is also a certified women’s coach. Balancing a successful career as a single parent, Katrina values sustainable work aligned with personal values. In this seminar, she will share her experiences as a female academic, offering insights on resilience, setting boundaries, defining success, building teams, and networking.
