Usually, the HR team will be aware that your card is expiring and will request a replacement for you before your new card expires.
If you are still getting warning emails 10 days before your card expires and card was issued by the department (rather than a college), please email the HR Team at email@example.com with your current University Card expiry date and we will arrange for a new University card.
However, there may be some cases where we may need to gather some more information, please bear with us.
If your card is either lost or stolen, please contact the HR team as soon as possible. Lost cards require a fee to be paid here, this will be waived if you have a crime number for a stolen card.
