Klara is acting as maternity cover for Pamela and provides support in a number of day-to-day HR areas including recruitment, leave, probation and general enquiries. She can be reached at email@example.com
Operations and Resources Manager
Nicola is the primary HR contact for the Clinical Trials Unit and works closely with them, while also collaborating with the rest of the HR Team. She can be reached through firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Rachel provides HR support in a variety of areas with a particular focus on the Clinical Trials Unit along with Nicola Webb. She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Head of Human Resources
Clare oversees the HR team and works closely with the Head of Administration and Finance, Nicola Small. She sits on the Senior Management Committee and directs the implementation of HR policy and strategy at the department.
Engagement and Projects Manager
Kathryn collaborates closely with the HR and Communications teams working with both Clare and Jo Gearing (Head of Communications) on internal engagement, diversity and inclusion, and enabling two-way communication with staff and students in the department.
