Are you dancing? Well, you should be! Studies suggest that dancing is good for you! Was your new year’s resolution to try to fit more movement into your working day? Then I might just have the solution: dance classes are an opportunity to get up from your desk and think about something totally different for 45 minutes whilst getting that step-count (and heart-rate) up. No partner necessary. You’ll be taught simple dance routines that are designed to be FUN! No performance necessary (unless you want to! If you do, please let me know.)
