If you book internal hospitality for meetings in your department, we would like to invite you to attend a showcase event taking place at St Luke’s Chapel on Thursday 25 January from 12-2pm.

The event gives you an opportunity to see and taste the new and wider range of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and drinks options you can order for deliver to your meetings. You will also get to meet the new Partnership Director James Giles, chefs and other members of the catering team. We will provide an update on how to book catering on Planon, if you are a new user or simply need a refresher on using the system.

To book your free place, register before Friday 19 January by emailing catering@admin.ox.ac.uk. Please advise them when you email if you have any dietary requirements.
