The 2-week wait and other initiatives to improve cancer diagnosis: Has it altered survival? The answer is unclear—the evidence is too weak

Several strategies have been introduced to reduce delays in an effort to diagnose cancer earlier. This commentary summarises the evidence and impact of these initiatives.
