NHS 111 Online Study
Examining patient pathways and workforce implications of NHS 111 Online.
We have completed this study and submitted requested revisions to the final report to the funder in March 2022.
The team are currently working on papers and other outputs from the study. We are very happy to present this work at seminars or meetings of researchers, health care professionals or patient and public engagement groups – please get in touch.
In July 2022 we will be co-presenting (with researchers from the University of Sheffield) at a workshop titled ‘Knowing what we know now, would you build NHS 111 online? An interactive workshop exploring findings from two NIHR studies that examined what people think about NHS 111 online and its impact on the wider health system’ at https://hsruk.org/conferences/conference-2022. In this interactive workshop we will present and discuss findings exploring what staff, users and wider stakeholders think about NHS 111 online, who uses it, and how it might impact on the wider health system. We will end with a discussion focussed on the provocation in the session title. Hope to see you there!
