This is a prospective cohort study of patients presenting to general practice in New South Wales, Australia, with suspected transient ischemic attack or minor stroke.  This study is an international comparison of the process of care and risk stratification of patients at risk of recurrent stroke and involves collaborators at the Universities of Oxford, Melbourne, Newcastle (NSW) and Auckland (NZ).
