Deadlines

Our first application deadline is 12:00 midday on Friday 03 December 2021.

Interviews will take place in early/mid January 2022.

You are advised to start making enquiries at least one year before you hope to begin.  Each year the main application deadline is in early December. Applicants applying for the DPhil in Primary Health Care or the DPhil in Translational Health Sciences who wish to be entered into the university funding competitions must apply by this date. Later applications will be considered if places are available but you are encouraged to contact us first. International students must allow time for obtaining a visa.

Students must arrive in time for the induction programmes provided by the Department and Colleges.These are held in the week before the official start of the University academic year (i.e. week 0 of Michaelmas term). This is usually the 1st week in October.
