Cardiovascular research
I joined the department in September 2017 as Senior Researcher in Medical Statistics. Prior to this I was Head of Statistics at the Primary Care Clinical Research and Trials Unit at the University of Birmingham.
I am an applied statistician with extensive experience in medical statistics, epidemiology and clinical trials. My main area of interest is cardiovascular disease research, focusing on heart failure epidemiology and risk prediction modelling. I lead the statistical function within the Heart Failure Research Group.
