I am working on a number of studies relating to general practice, diagnostics, children's health and public health. I use a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods (mixed methods); and involve a Public Advisory Group comprised of patients and the public in each step of my research.
My background is in medical anthropology and public health.
I am module co-ordinator for a module of the Masters in Evidence-Based Health Care, titled Mixed Methods in Health Care Research.
