Research Assistant (Food Purchasing)
I am a research assistant in the Food Purchasing Team, joining the department in September 2022. My research focusses on testing interventions to promote healthy and sustainable food purchasing within UK supermarkets and cafeterias.
Prior to joining the team, I completed an MBiol in Biology at the University of Oxford. I also have research interests in the impact institutions and businesses have on biodiversity, and how these impacts can be mitigated.
