Personnel & Administrative Assistant

I work with Clare Wickings in the Administration team. 

My role is a new addition to the Department and therefore evolving all the time.

I am currently responsible for the recruitment of new staff and helping to prepare for their arrival, probation and annual leave monitoring. Along with dealing with requests for visitors to the department, and processing casual payments, adhoc Personnel queries and supporting both Nicola and Clare.

I am also the DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Co-ordinator for the Department. 

I have a long background in recruitment, spending a number of years working in Resourcing / Business Development capacity within a specialist agency, and more recently the last few years as an Internal Recruiter, including a period of time within the NHS.
