Kay joined the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences HR team in 2021.

She contributes knowledge from previous roles as an in-house recruiter, PMO administrator, manager and business owner.

Kay achieved a CMI Level 3 qualification in her previous role. She is currently studying towards a chartered HR qualification (CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management) to improve her skills and be a better asset to the team. 

The primary duties Kay is responsible for include management of recruitment, updating salaries, parental leave management, university card requests and general enquiries.
