HR Administrator

Kay joined the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences HR team in 2021.

She contributes knowledge from previous roles as an in-house recruiter, PMO administrator, manager and business owner.

Kay achieved a CMI Level 3 qualification in her previous role. Recently, she completed a CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management which further improved her human resources knowledge. 

The primary duties Kay is responsible for include management of recruitment, new employee onboarding, visa management, updating salaries, parental leave management and general enquiries. 

Kay is passionate about the environment and is a part of the Green Impact team.
