Klara joined the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences HR team in 2021.
She contributes her knowledge from previous roles as an in-house recruiter, team leader, PMO administrator, manager and business owner.
Klara achieved a CMI Level 3 qualification in her previous role. She is currently studying towards a chartered HR qualification (CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management) to improve her skills and be a better asset to the team.
The primary duties Klara is responsible for include management of recruitment, processing new starters and leavers, university card requests, updating salary splits, visa applications and dealing with general enquiries.
