I joined the department as a Senior Trial Statistician in the Primary Care Clinical Trials Unit in November 2014.  Prior to this appointment I worked for 11 years at the Centre for Statistics in Medicine gaining experience in a wide range of clinical areas, including vaccinology, cardiovascular medicine, mental health, orthopaedics and paediatrics.  I have extensive experience in designing and analysing clinical trials and am a member of data monitoring and trial steering committees.  I work primarily on randomised controlled trials in primary care and am also an advisor with the NIHR Research Design Service.
