I am currently working on a large evidence synthesis for the Health Behaviours team. The project is funded by the British Heart Foundation and NIHR Oxford BRC and aims to evaluate long-term weight regain and associated health outcomes following behavioural weight management programmes.
I am passionate about public engagement with research results. My previous work involved behaviour change intervention design focusing on maternal and child health in low resource settings. I have an MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine from University of Oxford; my MSc dissertation explored the association between physical activity levels and socio-demographic factors in Georgian adults. My BSc research focused on dietary characteristics among adolescents in rural Bangladesh.
