Post doctoral Researcher
I am a researcher in the Sustainable Healthy Food Group, currently working on the THRIVING project. My work focuses on developing a nutrient and environmental profiling model to help identify foods that are both nutritious and sustainable. More broadly, I am interested in creating tools to support the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nutrition policies.
I hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Human Nutrition from France. I completed my PhD at the Nutritional Epidemiology Research Unit in Paris, where I contributed to the revision of the nutrient profiling system underlying Nutri-Score—a front-of-pack nutrition label—and conducted validation studies. I also carried out research on the acceptability of food taxes and modeled the potential health impacts of alcohol taxation schemes.
