Sabrina Keating
MSc, MA (Hons)
DPhil Research Student
I hold an MA in Health, Science, and Society from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in the History of Science, Medicine, and Technology from Oxford University. Previously, my research has considered historical and experiential elements of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
In my previous roles as an Ann McPherson Fellow and a research assistant to the Medical Sociology & Health Experiences Research Group, I primarily contributed to research on women's health, medical technologies, and their intersections.
I am currently a DPhil student focusing on the evolving role of GLP-1 agonist weight loss medications in primary care obesity services. This project includes a sub-study examining experiences of GLP-1 agonist use amongst people with PCOS.
