Race equity
We acknowledge that racial inequality remains a significant issue within higher education, including here in our department. While there is still much work to be done, we are committed to making meaningful and lasting change.
Through groups such as our Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team (SAT) and the People, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (PEDI) Committee, we are working to improve representation, support and inclusion for racially minoritised staff and students.
The resources below are intended to support learning, reflection and action. They include guidance for individuals and teams, as well as links to further support available across the University.
