Graduate Studies Officer
I oversee the operational delivery of postgraduate taught and research programmes, ensuring compliance with university regulations, policies, and quality assurance standards while providing guidance and support to students, supervisors and other academic staff.
A key part of my daily work is providing frontline support to the Director of Graduate Studies (DGS) team in the day-to-day running of the postgraduate programmes.
Alongside key colleagues I assist with the development and implementation of departmental policy and procedures in line with the department’s strategic objectives in postgraduate education and growth in the taught programmes area
I also oversee the administration, including organising the twice annual meetings, of the International Primary Care Research Leadership Programme.
