I am currently on secondment as an HR Partner within the department, bringing over a decade of international HR experience across both private and public sector organisations. Prior to this role, I served as an HR Manager at the School of Archaeology. I am CIPD level 5 qualified, and my focus is supporting employees and managers in key areas such as employee relations, performance management, and employment contracts. In addition to advising on day-to-day HR matters, I work closely with the wider HR team on more complex or sensitive cases.
