Nishtha Kalra

Senior Developer

Nishtha is a senior developer working on OpenSAFELY in the Researcher Experience team. She has 10 years of experience as a software engineer across multiple domains, including energy, e-commerce, and CRM. Before joining Bennett, Nishtha worked on developing scalable systems and modernising engineering practices in dynamic, high-growth teams. She holds an MSc in Machine Learning from Royal Holloway, University of London.
