In this introduction to disability, Sarah Stephenson-Hunter , the University’s Staff Disability Advisor and Miranda Reilly, HR Assistant, will look at what disability is on an individual, social and legal level, and will use models of disability from disability activists and theorists to think about how we can make our workplace more accessible and inclusive. Sarah will also discuss what services and advice she can provide to both disabled staff and their line managers.
