Years 1-6 medical students and graduate entry medicine students are invited to attend the second 'Career Pathways to Academic Primary Care' event on Tuesday 21 November 2023 at St Hilda’s College, which will be followed by complementary drinks and dinner in the Riverside Pavilion at St Hilda's College. This event will focus on helping students explore pathways into a career in primary care research.
The event will feature a series of interactive engaging discussions with Final Honour Students, Academic Clinical Fellows, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and GPs currently studying for a PhD (DPhil).
The event will start at 2:15pm at the Indoor Rooftop Garden Suite at St Hilda's College with refreshments and welcome from the Academic Lead for Undergraduate GP Teaching, Julian Hancock.
The programme can be found here.
There will be a complementary drinks reception at 5:50pm, followed by a complementary three course dinner with wine at 6:30pm at St Hilda’s Garden Pavilion. The event will provide plenty of ideal opportunities to speak to Senior and Early Career Academic GPs.
This event is now fully booked but please contact Lucy Curtin if you would like to be on the waiting list
