EBHC skills workshops (as part of the EBHC Summer School)

Monday, 11 July 2022 to Friday, 15 July 2022

We will be running a set of workshops, July 11-15 2022 as part of our 2022 Evidence-Based Health Care Summer School. The aim is to foster debate and engage with like-minded colleagues and offer additional learning relevant to studies in evidence-based health care, post-pandemic.

Please note: Each of these events must be registered for individually, giving you the flexibility to pick and choose which events you wish to attend. All Medicine and Health Science students and alumni can purchase at a special discounted rate.

  • Explain the importance of having a protocol for a systematic review
  • Identify the core elements of protocols of systematic reviews
  • Develop the research question and eligibility criteria for a systematic review

  • Understand the value of open research methods and how it improves the quality of research
  • Learn when, and how, open research methods can be used to plan, conduct, report, and disseminate research through preregistration, the sharing of code, data, and materials, and preprints
