We welcome you all to the EurOOHnet Annual Conference, hosted this year at Exeter College, University of Oxford, 7-8th May 2026. Join colleagues from across Europe for two days of research, debate, and collaboration on the future of out-of-hours (OOH) and unscheduled urgent primary care.

This year's conference will feature a programme of presentations spanning the full breadth of OOH research. Alongside the main programme, there will also be the opportunity to take part in interactive workshops and hear from keynote speakers working across a range of UK OOH urgent primary care settings.

The registration fee includes lunches and refreshments on both days and the conference dinner in Exeter College's historic Dining Hall situated on the Turl Street site which dates back to 1618. There will be ample networking opportunities throughout, offering space to develop collaborations, share ideas, and explore emerging priorities in urgent primary care research.

We look forward to welcoming you to the historical city of Oxford to present, learn and help shape what excellent OOH care looks like across Europe.

To ensure we cover our costs, the registration fee this year will be £250. If you are based in an Inclusiveness Target Country (Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Türkiye or Ukraine) or you are a PhD student without funding, and hope to present your work, please send a short justification (100-200 words) to claire.meadows@phc.ox.ac.uk saying why you wish to attend, with confirmation of your institution and endorsement from your supervisor or line manager to be considered for a bursary
