In this introduction to meditation Ushma will share a little about her journey and experience with meditation as well as leading participants through a short meditation.
Held throughout the year join Ushma Galal every Wednesday at 12 noon for group meditation. The sessions will take no more than 30 minutes and should be done on an empty stomach.
Please note that under the current circumstances the sessions will be opened up to friends and family. It is a difficult time and many people are in need of the few minutes of peace meditation offers.
