Join Ushma Galal for group meditation every Wednesday at 12 noon.
The sessions will take no more than 30 minutes and should be done on an empty stomach. Please note that under the current circumstances the sessions will be opened up to friends and family. It is a difficult time and many people are in need of the few minutes of peace meditation offers.
