The shutdown of modern life as we know it is liberating British wildlife to enjoy newly depopulated landscapes and without traffic and aeroplane noise, birdsong is filling our ears.  Life in lockdown is making us appreciate nature more than ever before.  We, the Green Impact team, are running a wildlife photography competition from the comfort of your gardens, balconies or windows - not only is this a great way of connecting more with nature, but they'll also be a small prize for the winner (a £10 online Amazon voucher).  Any images of British wildlife are eligible, but to keep things fair (this isn't a professional competition), we'd like you to use your smart phones.

Deadline: Friday 24 April

Winner announced in the Wellbeing newsletter on Wednesday 6 May.

Please send your image and a brief description to: greenimpact@phc.ox.ac.uk
