A workshop run by Oxford Mind to explore the challenges and solutions of working from home.

Facilitated by Oxford Mind's Kathryn Pickup this interactive workshop will explore the challenges of working from home and how it can affect our mental health. Following the 2019 success workshop Five Ways to Wellbeing this session tailored to the current situation will share tools suggested to help support people’s wellbeing while working at home – taking into account everyone’s situation is different.  

Presentation slides are used to give visual stimulus, promote discussion and to provide information and ideas. At regular intervals, we return to ‘forum’ style discussion (without slides) so please sign up if you are able to join in the discussion.
