This data comes from a prospective, web-based cohort study of overweight UK adults (BMI≥25kg/m2) trying to lose weight through behaviour change. The data was collected from Jan-Nov 2015. The file 'variable key' provides explanations of all of the variables included in the data set. 'Demographics' and 'screening' contain data collected at baseline, 'data' contains weight and answers to the OxFAB questionnaire - note that in 'demographics' and 'screening' there is one row per participant, but that 'data' contains multiple rows per participant - one for every web log in.
