In our department we have lots of scientists and doctors building projects. What we need are members of the public. Would you like to help us plan what we do next?
- You DO NOT need to have any previous experience of cancer care
- Share your opinions and give feedback to us.
- Think with us about how we develop our projects.
- Help guide the future of cancer research and care.

PPIE meets Statistics series
Statistics is important in medical research. Many projects involve statisticians to help collect and analyse patient data, answer research questions, and improve healthcare. These events give PPIE contributors the opportunity to:
1. Interpret study findings to understand what they mean for patients
2. Hear engaging and informative talks about data and statistics from a panel of statisticians
3. Develop practical experience of statistics through collaborative workshops
4. Network with friendly and supportive statisticians
CanPoPP group
We currently work with a group of 40+ members of the public to improve and advise on our research. We hold online meetings and offer training in specific research techniques where appropriate. We welcome new members.
