Chloe Phillips

Research Assistant (Ann McPherson Fellow)

I am currently one of the Ann McPherson Predoctoral Research Fellows in the Medical Sociology & Health Experiences Research Group. Over the coming year I will be assisting on a range of applied health and social care projects.

Presently I am working on projects in the areas of: appointment access in primary care, all-clear cancer diagnosis, polygenic risk scores and care leavers.

I hold an MA in Sociology from the University of Warwick and completed my BSc (Hons) in Sociology at the University of Plymouth. In the year between my BSc and MA, I worked in Primary Care as an administrator for a GP surgery, my role focused on the COVID-19 vaccination clinics.
