Web and Communications Co-ordinator
Reporting to Gavin Hubbard (Senior Communications Manager), I am responsible for:
Compiling and distributing the department’s weekly newsletter (PHC Weekly Update), sourcing content and ensuring timely delivery
Coordinating updates to the department’s website and intranet, including staff profiles, events, and research pages
Providing training for internal website editors and liaising with external developers
Creating and updating digital signage for internal display screens across the department
Managing new starter and leaver communications, including website and newsletter updates
Providing day-to-day support to the Communications Team and contributing to broader content and engagement work
Coordinating events and providing day-to-day support to the Comms Team
I joined the department in July 2023. Previous to this role, I worked at Universal Music Group in the Ecommerce Team.
