Overview of the role
Responsible for the efficient and safe running of the NDPCHS offices located across three buildings: Radcliffe Primary Care, Gibson building and Eagle House. I report to the Head of IT & Information Governance as well as the Departmental Head of Finance and Administration
Line manage the reception team based at Radcliffe Primary Care Building ( RPC) and liaise with the University Facilities Management in terms of the reception teams based at Gibson building and Eagle House.
Serve as a point of contact for IT Service matters such as being the Chorus phoneman administrator, ordering , programming and installing phone handsets, add/remove voicemail and manage Staff Gateway data for our teams.
Liaise with ROQ FM, MSD Area Safety Officer, OUSS, University mail services, FM helpdesk and the Card office. with regards building and team member matters.
Chair of the Athena Swan - (Better Workplace) Working Group 'Emotional Impact at Work, since May 2018. The remit of the group is to raise awareness of the support available for staff and students in terms of Occupational Health, Equality and Diversity, Mental Health First Aiders alongside wellbeing related workshops and activities taking place within the Department and across the University.
