Our programmes aim to bring diverse cohorts together for training in specialist subject areas, encouraging broad perspective-based and peer-learning alongside expert-led teaching.

My role covers:

  • Engagement in relevant policy development, planning and governance for postgraduate study at Oxford
  • Establishing sustainable structures and processes to support efficient and excellent teaching delivery and facilitate positive student experience, including digital learning, student recruitment, alumni management, staff resourcing models and student funding
  • Designing and leading co-curricular student and staff-focussed personal/professional development events
  • Champion of internal departmental value-setting and leadership training programmes
  • Research on organisational work in the PGT space
