As the Head of Organisational Development, I provide direction in the areas of organisational culture, values, equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI) as well as career development, ensuring these activities are align to the department’s strategic goals and complement its ethos. 

I have experience working in the Arts Industry and for a Tech Company before joining Oxford University in 2019.
