Klaudia Budniak
BA MA MSc
Senior Programme Manager
I am a Senior Programme Manager at the Bennett Institute, and I thrive on bringing teams together across a collection of projects to create meaningful and lasting results. Previously, I worked at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and the University of Oxford, focusing on the development and operations of university programmes designed to accelerate seed-stage start-ups in the areas of health and climate. I am a strong believer in safe access to data as a driver of innovation and improved health services.
I hold an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London and am a strong advocate for mental health awareness and education. I believe that access to accurate data and information can reduce stigma and empower individuals to take proactive steps toward their mental well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy running and yoga, as well as diving into a good book or watching an indie film at the local cinema.
Please feel free to talk to me anytime about any of the above, in general or in my Mental Health First Aider capacity.
