Epidemiologist

Dr Martina Pesce is an epidemiologist with a medical and public health background, currently working at the  Bennett Institute for Applied Data Science. She previously served as an epidemiologist at the Argentinean Ministry of Health, where she contributed to the national COVID-19 surveillance and vaccine monitoring strategies. Martina’s interest focuses on utilising routinely collected data to address infectious diseases and reduce health inequalities. Martina holds a Medical Doctor degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, a specialisation in Epidemiology from the Argentinian Health Ministry’s Epidemiology Training Program, and an MSc in Public Health for Development from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
