DPhil Candidate

  • I am a first year DPhil student, and my project aims to explore ways in which we can mitigate the risk of progression of Gestational Diabetes into Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus postpartum.
  • I completed my Master's in Reproductive and Developmental Biology at Imperial College London, where I investigated the effect of maternal malnutrition on fetal neurogenesis. During my BSc in Applied Medical Sciences at University College London, I investigated the potential of using antiphospholipid antibodies in predicting cardiovascular morbidities in systemic lupus erythematosus patients.
